My first statement had mysterious "fees" added to my bill. I called and was told to ignore it, but when I sent my payment and got my next statement I saw my payment got applied to the "fees". Called again and someone said they would fix it, but months went by and same problem. Long story short, it took exactly 1 year and at least 1 call a month to customer service for them to finally fix my statement and properly allocate my payment. If I hadn't kept an eye on it, I'm sure my money that went to the "fees" would have been lost and forgotten by Roundpoint. Also, there website and online tools are terrible compared to most banks today. You couldn't even look up your loan info if you had a HELOC until just a couple of months ago. They also want to charge you a $10 "service fee" if you want to pay your bill online through their website. M.yelp.com
